Why did I choose to use the Sherpa process?

The Sherpa executive model was designed and developed by Executive Coaches Brenda Corbet and Judith Coleman from Sherpa Coaching, Cincinnati Ohio USA.

After being involved with training and development during my career, I have used and looked at many resources in the marketplace and processes for executive coaching. Not wanting to re-invent the wheel, and because of the high standard of the material, the Sherpa Journal is at a gold standard and really defines what executive coaching is all about. I will guide you through a well-defined process to a personal high point: your summit.

Using this journal is an integral part of the Sherpa experience. You’ll find assessments and exercises designed to accelerate your coaching giving you a tangible tool. I may either work through an exercise during one of our meetings or assign one to be completed as homework for your next meeting.
